Day 1: pickup and transfer to Masai Mara national reserve
On 1st day of the safari you be picked up at the airport upon your arrival by your safari driver a representative of Focus East Africa Tours, from the airport you will drive straight to Masai Mara national park or have a short city tour which greatly depends on the time of your arrive. On Nairobi city tour you will visit sites like Karen Blixen museum, giraffe centre and many more .After the city tour you will head for Masai Mara national reserve where you will reach in the evening, check into your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 2: morning game drive and cultural tour
On 2nd day of the safari of the safari you will wake up early in the morning for breakfast and drive to Masai Mara national reserve for a morning game drive, on the game dive you will visit many regions of the reserve sighting many animals such as lions, wildebeest, hartebeests, buffaloes, leopards, cheetahs, hippos and many. If you are so lucky depending on the time of your visit you can witness the greatest animal migration in the world that is the great wildebeest migration as hundreds of animals including wildebeests, zebras and gazelles cross over to Masai Mara national reserve from Serengeti national park of Tanzania using Mara River. On the same game driver you also spot many bird species such as African fin foot, African wood owl, herons, secretary bird, Denham’s bustard, giant kingfisher, grey crested helmet shrike and many more. At lunch you will have a picnic lunch setting at the banks of Mara River, you will enjoy your lunch together with sights of hippos and crocodiles in waters of the river. in the afternoon you will exit the park and drive to the Masai community for a cultural tour, the Masai people formerly lived in the area gazetted as Masai Mara national reserve and currently live in communities neighboring the park. These people posses the true African culture and on your visit you will be amazed by their unique clothing style, local manyattas, participate in livestock activities like cleaning the pen and the kraal, grazing the animals and interact with the elders. in the evening you will drive back to your lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.
Day 3: morning game drive and transfer back to Nairobi
On 3rd day of the safari you will wake up early in the morning and drive to the park for an early morning game drive sighting many animals such as leopards, lions, buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles and many more as they graze in the short savannah grassland and around the banks of Mara River. After the game drive you will drive back to your lodge, have late breakfast then checkout of your lodge and embark on your back to Nairobi. On your way you will make a stopover in Narok town for lunch and proceed to Nairobi, you are to get to Nairobi city in the evening and you will be dropped off either at your lodge or at the airport to catch your departure flight back home.
